These Terms of Use govern your access to the High School Basketball Portal, operated by HSPORTAL LLC. By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to the terms below.
The Site is designed for high school student-athletes ages 14 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that:
Accounts for users under 13 are not permitted; any such information will be deleted promptly.
When you create an account, you agree to:
Users retain ownership of the content they submit. By submitting content, you grant HSPORTAL LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content on the Site, our YouTube channel, and social media — only with your express consent.
Two consent options apply: Coach Contact Consent and Promotional Use Consent. Both may be withdrawn at any time by contacting [email protected].
Payments are processed securely via PayPal and Authorize.net. All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

All materials on the Site — including graphics, branding, copy, and design — are the property of HSPORTAL LLC and are protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
We may suspend accounts without notice for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
HSPORTAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Users agree to defend and hold HSPORTAL LLC harmless from claims resulting from their use of the Site, their content, or their violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Greenville County.
